It is raining!!!! We have gone without for soooo long here in Fredericksburg. It is great to see the ground getting what it needs to make our beautiful hill country green again. Hopefully this rain will get the creeks running again because the last time I went down to Bear Creek it was so sad! I want to go and dance in the rain but I am holding myself back. :)

I have been in the real estate business since August 2003. I have an active imagination and use it to market my Listings. I am also a very calm and funny person, which both help when it comes to negotiations.
